★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never live here, find other place who has nice caretaker. Be careful with your very important document, you would never get them tru the land lord here. She wouldn't do a thing for you once your out of the door. Make sure you change your address right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go to 1000 Salter, the area is good but the caretaker Laura is some kind of Karen and the apartment has lots of issues.. Before we move in she promised to repaint wall and replace the dirty carpet, NEVER HAPPENED. We call her about the noisy shower, NEVER FIX, we call her about falling cabinet rack NEVER CHANGED. We want to stay longer but
this Laura and her Karen attitude is a lot to deal with.
