★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça ne répond jamais quand on appel et si ça répond après 20 min en attente ça raccroche. Pas capable d'avoir les infos demandés car la personne au téléphone ne semble pas au courant et me disait que mon école ne fessait pas partie des écoles desservis alors que oui !! Pour moi c'est une mauvaise expérience !!!
 It never answers when you call and if it answers after 20 minutes on hold it hangs up. Not able to have the information requested because the person on the phone does not seem to know and told me that my school was not part of the schools served when yes !! For me it's a bad experience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis le 5 août je me suis présenté 2 fois pour rien , je me suis présenté après avoir reçu un e-mail me confirmant qu’il avait tout reçu! Rendu sur place ce n’est plus la même histoire! Il faut appeler….. ça fait deux jours que j’appelle, boîte vocale pleine et aucune réponse!!! Pis là ne me dites pas que s’est à cause du COVID-19! Noël c’est le 25 décembre et la rentrée c’est la dernière semaine d’août! Inacceptable !!!!!
Since August 5th I showed up twice for nothing, I introduced myself after receiving an email confirming that he had received everything! When we got there, it's no longer the same story! You have to call… .. I've been calling for two days, voicemail full and no answer !!! And then don't tell me it's because of COVID-19! Christmas is December 25th and back to school is the last week of August! Unacceptable !!!!!

De plus, j'appelle toute les semaines depuis 1 mois pour m'assurer d'être mis au courant dès qu'ils les reçoivent mais ça ne répond JAMAIS ! je peux appeller 10x de suite jamais de réponse, je dois me présenté à chaque fois.... pour rien !
We are 3 days before the start of the school year and they don't have my daughter's school notebooks yet ..... it doesn't make any sense. In addition, I have called every week for 1 month to make sure I am informed as soon as they receive them but it NEVER responds! I can call 10x in a row never answer, I have to introduce myself every time .... for nothing!
