Kevin at Hamilton Motor Works came highly recommended and I knew right away by the time he took to chat with me that I was in good hands. No one else could figure out why my car would not start. For a very reasonable flat fee, Kevin took his time with the diagnostic. He kept me updated and took the time to share details as he worked on it over two days. It turned out that the engine was the issue so I had to scrap the car. As much as this was disappointing news, I was happy that someone could at least draw a true conclusion. To me the diagnostic was reasonable and worth every penny. I will be visiting Kevin again with my next car if and when I need a mechanic I can trust.

Back then I was the proud owner of a 2003 Volkswagen Passat and was in the hunt for a decent mechanic. To my dismay I found out that not alot of mechanics were fond of German engineered vehicles and found myself being brushed off or over charged ( This included other mechanics that specialized in my brand of vehicle). To my pleasant surprise Kevin was honest and very knowledgeable in his craft and helped me keep my car well maintained, until unfortunately I had to replace it and even then Kevin was very helpful in helping me choose a vehicle that was suited for my everyday needs. I am very grateful to Kevin and Renee at Hamilton Motor Works for providing quality service and reliability, along with integrity that allows me to feel safe on the road. I highly recommend Hamilton Motor Works were you are treated with respect and dignity. (Just like family ).

Rene, the receptionist, is always kind and accommodating when I call. I feel that when I leave my car with this trustworthy team that it will be worked on professionally and honestly. And his wife Rene (secretary) and mechanic Roger are absolutely more than helpful and kind i will not take any of my cars, family cars or friends cars ANYWHERE else
