★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found their information online when looking for a new family physician. When I called to enquire the lady who answered could not have been more rude. I had done quite a bit of research on the practice and was not expecting that. Definitely a bad impression from a local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Aktar (sorry spelling) was very insightful and I genuinely felt as though he was actually listening to my concerns and worked within my comfort level when prescribing a new medication. Everyone within the Hamilton Family health team have been very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero punctuation. I had an appointment at 10:50am and I was waiting another 50 min with moderate autistic impatient son. So why I have to be on time??!!!! Thats unacceptable and disrespectful!!! Not recommended. Not to mention about so heavy mold stink inside. Impossible to breath. Almost vomit inside.

At the outset she assured me of our privacy and made me feel comfortable.
Was very pleased with the information she shared with me on a number of fronts. Went a long ways towards adding to my understanding of the issues I am facing. She listened and answered my questions.. this is important.
Very informative, pleasant and professional.
I appreciated the time she took with me and the extra steps of sending along some additional information/literature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously conflicted doing this review. Until the last appointment I would have rated this group 5 stars. This review is not meant to dissuade folks from seeking help from this office or any other. All my other appointments at the same office (Dundas) have been without issue and beneficial.
A doctor I have been seeing off and on at the Dundas location over the last few years with no complaints has hugely disappointed me. After following up on some medication recommendations from a previous appointment and from a noted specialist, the Dr at this office basically told me I had too many issues and to go back to my family doctor! There were more serious omissions of basic professional conduct which I can't go into but it's on record.
I was sure there was something called the Hippocratic Oath, or was it the hypocritical oath?
