First thing I did after getting off the phone was contacted my mother. Im 28, i haven't seen her since I was 11 months old. No matter what the outcome is from counseling, this man has already changed my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan is amazing at what he does and truly makes you feel heard and understood. His new location on Westbank trail is in a beautiful new neighbourhood and is so modern and cozy. The environment is relaxing, quiet and very welcoming. I highly recommend Ryan!

After the phone consult I had a good feeling, and after meeting with him I definitely felt a lot more at ease than my past counselling experience. It was very focused on me, what my goals are, and what I can do to play an active role in "reprogramming" my brain. The structure with follow up notes and goal setting was also helpful... I got the "lightbulb moments" I was looking for.

We could not have made it through this without your help. Our marriage is stronger than ever and now we also feel that we will be able to move forward with a positive relationship with our family. It will be slow building, but the resentment feels lifted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan immediately made a connection with us on our 1st session. He was very well spoken, and had us at ease from the start. Throughout our sessions he came off as unbiased, always kept us on point and had some unique tools and guidance. It may be strange to say, but I had a positive time going to each session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are very good at what you do. It’s amazing how quickly you made us feel comfortable enough to share with you I think the home office really helps with that as well. I was so comfortable when we were leaving that I almost forgot we needed to pay you!
We’ve had at least 4 sessions with 2 other therapists over the years and I don’t think we accomplished a fraction of effective “work” as we did in our hour with you.
I really appreciate how quickly you’ve given us a resource to use and the “homework” I believe is critical to moving forward in a better way. I think I speak for both of us when I say we feel hopeful about our future. Thank you for that.

My fiancé and I made an appointment with Ryan to find common ground in our relationship. Ryan couldn’t have helped us more!
He’s incredibly personable, understanding, and helps makes goals 110% achievable. Ryan was great at helping us see each other’s points and always had a positive outlook in any situation we discussed. We were able to walk out of his office after each session, feeling confident with each other and the future of our relationship.
I would definitely recommend Ryan to any couple that needs a little refresher or reminder that things can be overcome and worked out.

It was important for us to not feel awkward and Ryan made things very comfortable right away and he was easy to connect with which allowed us to be very open and honest. We really liked the follow up email which set out clear goals for the following week. If you have hit a road block in your relationship, don't hesitate to contact Ryan.
