J	Jacques Amelard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed this small local museum. I liked the display of logging related artifacts including steam machines. I also liked the old ads of local car dealers. Very friendly staff.
M	Mark Toffoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fun museum that has been toggled together by collecting much of what you’d see in good yard sales. In addition local celebrities are highlighted such as a young doctor who died treating influenza outbreak patients with little concern for himself. It’s believed many a family would not have lived on in Halliburton had he not given so much of himself. The two floors house a variety of implements from bygone days—from automotive to knitting. It’s worth a couple hours!

Places a little bit small so it can get crowded which speaks volumes to how amazing the stuff are that there are so many people that come to visit

K	Kelly N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the museum for a Hike Safe Program but had a little time to poke around the museum. Super interesting and I'll be back to check it out! Also there are nice snowshoe trails behind the building and other trails. I can't wait to go back!

The friendly staff encouraged us to take our time and we were pleasantly surprised that there was an elevator for our stroller. This well curated gem will be on our list next time we visit the area.
T	Taylor M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to visit, in a beautiful setting. Bonus of snowshoe/ hiking/ ski trails! And the sculpture forest, blacksmith shop and old homesteads are really neat. The museum itself seems to have something new/ different inside every time we go. The staff are very friendly! There were some interactive exhibits last time we went. Highly recommended!

With many interesting things to see, from past local and major events, sports, 19th century appliances, remembrance, sawmill dioramas, merchandise, past store items, and most importantly the people, tools and machinery that shaped and built this town! Friendly and welcoming staff as well, who give little tidbits and facts on the exhibits. Even on the mythical boar creature who you first see when you walk through the door.
