She is patient, empathetic when I felt pain and detail-oriented. This clinic practises good hygiene which is very important for electrolysis.

I have very sensitive skin and Caren cares enough AND knows enough to modify her work accordingly. I've been to another place in the past for electrolysis but had to stop because my skin was reacting so bad. The technician then, didn't adjust for my skin and I walked away so disappointed thinking I'd never be able to complete my electrolysis.
