R	Ron Hart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food! Best cheese blintzes anywhere. Great pastries. Gingerbread man, brownies, donuts are all excellent. Whole wheat bread makes excellent toast and sandwiches. Bagels are not too dense not too soft. Love there challah. Very tasty, makes great french toast.
C	Carol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Bagel Plus since they opened ( in 1978!)Always the best challah, bagels, rye breads, blueberry buns, Chelsea, chocolate tri-strip, etc etc. Really love a lot of their menu items too! Thank you Gerald and staff for staying open throughout the pandemic. So good supporting a local bakery!
S	Susan Shier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family have been going to Bagel Plus over 40 years. From family outings, weekend breakfasts, and unfortunately family shivas. We have always enjoyed the food and have recommended it to many people. One Saturday we went in and asked for our usual bagel with cream cheese and asked for it not to be hot. The attitude that we received from the staff was appalling. We walked out of the restaurant in disbelief. We went back in and asked for the business phone number so that we could speak to the owner Gerald. We felt that it was important he would know the counter experience that we received. We tried to phone him many times and we did not receive a call back. The following Saturday we went back in to order our usual breakfast, as we due every Saturday and Sunday and we were told by the staff that we complain too much and that they’re not going to serve us anymore as per the owner I was completely blown away. 40 years of dedication and one complaint and this is how we are treated. The best part is when we walked out of the restaurant and we’re sitting in the truck with our jaws hanging down another man walked out of the restaurant shaking his head. He turned to us and said he has never been anywhere where he was treated so rudely. He said there’s so many other bagel places around and this is the last place he will ever come to again. This is the first review I have ever written. I’m a very easy-going individual but service like this and lack of respect had to be noted. Shame on you Bagel Plus

F	Frances Magno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a cream cheese + lox bagel. Wasn't aware that they put a whole onion in my sandwich, tomatoes were over lapping, my whole sandwich fell apart. Not impressed with this place at all. The lady who served me was amazing, African-canadian lady was super sweet. I do not recommend coming here unless you like disappointment and a while onion in your sandwich. 0/10 for me.

You have to be there in the a.m. to get the freshest stuff and especially the rye bagels which are amazing. A little pricey, but good quality. Onion buns are definitely worth a try as well. Looking forward to this place resuming its in-store sit down service.
