Ils ont fait en sorte de faciliter tout les points de notre installation malgré le chantier compliqué que représentai notre.Nous sommes ravis de notre thermopompe et plus encore du super travail qu'ils ont effectué et le tout en restant super sympathique ce qui n'enlève rien. Je vous recommande vraiment ces professionnels.
We have just had a central heat pump installed and we received 2 professionals, efficient, fast, honest and very respectful. They made sure to facilitate all the points of our installation despite the complicated site that our represented.We are delighted with our heat pump and even more with the great work they did and all while remaining super friendly which does not take away nothing. I really recommend these professionals to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermopompe installé il y a 2 mois , ont envoyé un technicien qui n’a pas fait son travail jusqu’à la fin car il n’a plus le temps . Les fils branchés à l’appareil extérieur sont tous visibles et ça fait 2 mois j’attends sois disant une pièce qui manque . L’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas et après plusieurs messages leur fameux technicien m’appelle et me donne un rdv le soir mais il ne vient pas et quand je le rappelle il dit qu’il va regarder s’il peut venir dans la semaine qui suit. J’ai dépensé 17000$ et je n’ai pas de lAir climatisé à date . Je ne les recommande pas de tous
Heat pump installed 2 months ago, sent a technician who did not do his job until the end because he no longer has time. The wires connected to the outdoor device are all visible and it's been 2 months, I'm supposedly waiting for a missing part. The air conditioning does not work and after several messages their famous technician calls me and gives me an appointment in the evening but he does not come and when I call him back he says that he will see if he can come in the week to come. follows. I spent $17,000 and I don't have air conditioning to date. I do not recommend them at all
