★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service by the Office Administration and their entire crew that they have working there! Will do their BEST to address all and any concerns that you have as soon as they are able to. If choosing a boardwalk community; this would be the one to go with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live on the direct right side of the Complex. The view is nice when you look to the east, but north to us is just a huge ugly dumpster, overflowing with broken furniture. Very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter... I've had a positive experience here since it was better than our old place we moved out of during October 2015.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loud. Overpriced. Not friendly. Moved here because I was assured it was family friendly. Now its notice after notice. Apparently my kids need to teleport to the park if they want to play because going from our door to the sidewalk or greenspace is unacceptable. There is screaming and fighting in the parking lot at all hours of the night that goes unnoticed, yes other tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give 0 stars i would. Dont tell me i got the place someone only to give it to the people that viewed an hour AFTER me the place when I waited ALL day for the link to pay my security deposit & 1st months rent. They were also late to my viewing.
