Some things ok. Prices are higher than they should be on many things and many things missing parts etc. Probably just need to be more discriminate in their pricing to move some of the boundless stock they have and entice more customers. Ceramic tiles are very well priced though. Some gems in there, just not enough to not frustrate.

Ordered a side cabinet in June. I emailed to let them know I work two jobs and I would make arrangements to get my piece delivered as soon as I could. Well after numerous calls, they clearly disregarded my forewarning and continued to contact me at least every day until I planned a day to pick it up. My car was too small and they were running some free delivery but it only worked for people 9-5pm with weekends off. Late June 2weeks later the first heatwave of our summer occurred -My seventy year old father who has survived from a heart attack was going to help me, clearly We didn’t go. Even though I said I’d try to make it… They called me 4x every day on that Monday, Tuesday and the Wednesday until I told them the next available day I’d have off was the following Monday. If they couldn’t wait they could refund me. Without hesitation they sent me an email stating they’d be refunding me. Soooo INSTEAD of getting that piece bought, and money DONATED TO THE CHARITY…THEY REFUNDED ME…it clearly wasn’t taking up more room in the warehouse then it already had been… last I looked it was still available. VERY ODD - i will not try purchasing from here again. They clearly don’t care about donations. Priority is moving the items out of the warehouse.

What a mind expanding experience. Now if I can just find the 2 kitchen cabinets I'm looking for.

Stock is always changing so I suggest you might want to return several times as you will always find something different at a fair price ?

Nice layout, understaffed, some good deals there to be had, for a great cause support with donation and purchase whenever you can.

I love the restore but I've noticed the prices are quite high for second hand items. I have found some gems at a different location. This location has a great staff and a huge selection of items.

Prices are a hit or miss. Occasionally you can find great deals. Charging $1800 for a 12 year old wine cooler is a bit excessive IMO.

I feel that the staff working here at this branch needs to get a raise or some sort of recognition from restore management or leadership. Staff like Darlene, Josie, Patrick, they are always willing to help, greets us with a friendly hello, courteous on the phone when we call asking about a specific item; I frankly think they are a star! I witnessed first hand last week how rude some customers can be to these staff. This particular case revolve around a set of keys for a cabinet, customers are not always right and should not take their anger towards staff- in this case this male customer even swore at the staff there making a scene. It’s a place for everyone to buy furnitures/ home improvement items, if you can’t find a good deal, move on!
