★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time going to the grocery store on April 17, 2022 I received horrible customer service! I walked into the store not knowing the store closed 1 minute prior. I casually walked in to grab injera and the injera maker. However I was welcomed by a rude worker who began to get irritated and his tone of voice was not pleasant at all. The worker also mentioned they were closed. So I quickly proceeded to exit and as I was leaving two older gentleman came in and he quickly welcomed them by saying hello and allowed them to purchase injera. I will not be returning for sure and only decided to come to this store to support my people however I was not happy with the customer service. I called the owner and explained he seemed very nice hopefully he manages to speak to the individual. I was irritated that the men who walked in after me were able to shop and greeted kindly while I was not treated as a paying customer.
