★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this place for ages. The taste of food is amazing and well prepared. The best part of this food is when you eat the 2nd day it taste even yummiest. So don't worry if you're over ordered because it tastes fresh when you eat it the 1st day and it taste yammier when you eat it the second Great job ,Amazing recipe.

But no more, the price of the food went to the roof yet the taste is completely gone from the Kubadeh, the most taste less kubaneh in GTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped shopping here for 2 reasons. 1. Their butcher shop doesn't price anything. Many times I suggested to them write the price on the window for each meat but they said I can ask instead. It's inconvenient to keep asking how much is this or that. 2. Chicken and meats are overpriced and I mean very OVER-PRICED. I bought marinated chicken leg and breast the weekend of April 1st, 2022 and it $10.99 LB, that's more than $22 per pound!!! To put this in perspective, boneless chicken leg was $8 LB at another Persian store. Otherwise their meat is always fresh but absolutely more expensive than other stores I shop from. Their take-out (cooked food) is almost the same price as other restaurants. For example Koobideh (ground beef) is about $18 at Gilaneh restaurant and it was $16 o4 $17 at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Persian food place is a go and grab place for me. It's a small store with compact Persian collections of food like honey, tea, spices, raw meats and take away ready foods. I Tried everything in their menu- Khorma zabzi, beef/sultan/lamb shank with Green rice or saffron rice, Waziri with Cranberry rice, Ghimeh stew etc. The freshly grilled kabobs right from the oven and crispy Tahdig served with combo kebab- are worth of Trying.
* Ready to eat food Price is good but service is slow in peak time.
Down sides are- price display and communication. They don't write the prices or names of the ready foods& raw meat. I found the servers are more responding to the people talking in their languages. However, Raw meat prices are way too much higher compared to other halal places, You have to confirm before buying.

I don’t eat most takeout because I don’t trust people to be clean and make good food so that should say enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem for take-out if you’re in the mood for Iranian cuisine. Beef kebabs and chicken tikka are hands down the best you’ll find in the area!
While I can’t speak for the grocery and butcher shop, the selection seemed endless and fresh.
Very friendly owners and staff as well. It’s a pleasure to shop from here.
