★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at the dealership as we are looking for an SUV, when we were looking at the Murano, Mark very abruptly told us it was sold, never offered to let us look at the vehicle so we could view the features, or offer to give us a brochure. We asked if he had any Pathfinders, his answer was yes, again no offer to show us one from the lot or offer a brochure (I did help myself to one at this point). He asked what we were driving (Nissan Titan), and asked if we had purchased from them, no we purchased in Saskatoon. Think it is time for Mark to retire he is not an asset to the sales team. We are still shopping for a vehicle but we will not return to HAAS NISSAN, he obviously didn't want our business. We think we have found a vehicle at another dealership (not Nissan), and the Salesperson has called this morning, with more information, a possible delivery date, he has a pleasant demeanor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I have never bought a vehicle here I have consulted the service desk at Haas for advice or parts for the two Nissans that I own. I have always received excellent and helpful service and because of the customer service I've experienced will probably continue to be a loyal Nissan buyer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dealership with friendly staff and owners. We were in the market for a new vehicle and we couldn't have been happier with the experience at Haas. We dealt directly with Greg, one of the owners, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, was more concerned with us getting the vehicle we wanted (whether it was a Nissan or not) than pushing us into something we weren't happy with. I cannot recommend Haas enough for anyone looking for a new vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called parts to inquire about a discontinued part that they showed in stock. I spoke to Neil who was very friendly and helpful. He offered to text me a photo of the part so that I could determine if the part would fit my car. The part was different in colour but was still compatible, so I purchased it. I was very pleased with Neil's service and highly recommend him. Thanks so much!

I truly wish other car dealerships would take a page out of this places book. Amazing staff and more then willing to figure out how to meet your budget.
