l	larissa mackenzie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had breakfast here while staying at the hotel. Our waitress was lovely, despite clearly being understaffed and run off her feet - she did a fantastic job. Our food was delicious, the pancakes were especially great, and our eggs were cooked to perfection. Our only complaint was the cost of some things - the classic breakfast doesn’t come with either bacon or sausage, and it’s not reasonable to have to pay an extra $3-$4 to add it. Also, $3 for maple syrup instead of table syrup is a bit ridiculous. Just silly uncharges that rub customers the wrong way. But otherwise it was a nice, convenient spot for a meal.
A	Alysha Baksh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding restaurant! I had made a reservation for myself and my boyfriend, and the food was AMAZING!! We were recommended the spicy tempura calamari and it was the best seafood appetizer I've ever had (hands down not lying) and we were also recommended the specials for the night and we got the Chicken Sautee with a Mushroom Sauce and mashed potatoes. DELICIOUS!!! Our server was super friendly and nice, and literally checked up on us frequently. This place is a must when your staying near Blue Mountain, Wasaga and overall in Collingwood =)

S	Samantha Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Our server (a Ryan Reynolds look a-like) was just super, perfect service, very attentive. Our appetizers were incredible, escargot and beef tartare. The mains, Prime Rib Beef Stroganoff Pappardelle and a flatbread were so flavourful, so beautifully presented, it was just incredible! I'm always leery of hotel based restaurants a but this one was amazing!
R	Rachel Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast here is wonderful! Loved the fires and the pancakes. The plates are smaller than most breakfast places, which overall I believe is a good thing. We did go during the off season, and we (a bachelorette group of six ladies) were the only ones there, but I can imagine it being very full during the popular seasons. The place is clean and has very cute rustic decor. The servers were also very attentive and efficient. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Food was innovative and used unique ingredients to create an experience that we can't wait to repeat! Chocolate cake was rich and fudgey and perfect. Server was friendly and attentive. Kitchen was super fast getting our plates out. Decor was inviting and comfortable. Fantastic all round!

On a bad side not enough tables or staff. Make reservation and be patient. Dinner: sat at the lounge, so could order from both restaurant and lounge. Food was pretty good, catch of the day was tasty I just with there was a bit more of it. Staff is overwhelmed as well. Reservations are needed.
