They may love plants, but the few times I have dealt with them, they are not super helpful. They seem to be annoyed by customers. The soup nutzy of garden centres. Maybe if I was buying marijauna equipment? OK originally a 2 star rating upped to 4 after a subsequent visit. Much more responsive on a follow-up visit, though, seemed to be unfamialr with their own inventory of trees.

Zero help. Zero customer service. Zero personality. Zero knowledge or willingness to answer questions. It's about them when it should be about the customers. They are testy and rude. I'll never go back. They can't seem to get it together and tend to the customers.

A very knowledgeable staff and great advice as to what to choose in a forever tree. Doug and his crew are dedicated to their work and deliver 110% on the Green Tree experience. I’d advise anyone to shop there. Ask for Corey as she is very helpful in making your best choices.

Excellent customer service. Really went above and beyond when helping us with selecting plants that would suit our location especially with our strong wind factor, sun exposure and rocky soil. We bought 3 very mature trees they delivered personally and helped us plant. We give a 5☆ Recommendation and we are going to be buying more mature trees in different varieties within the next month. ?

BEST SUPPLIER OF MARIJUANA GROWING EQUIPMENT! I came in here to grab supplies for my legal, at-home marijuana growing operation and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! They even asked "is this for 'marijuana'?" when I was paying for supplies, how perceptive and thoughtful! I will DEFINITELY be recommending this place to everyone I know who chooses to exercise their legal right to grow marijuana at home without undue judgment and persecution. Perfection!!! I LOVE MARIJUANA!

Rude and unhelpful staff We have visited this garden centre in the past and were impressed with the selection and the quality of the plants. Last year they had a great selection of Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea plants but they were all reserved or sold very quickly so we missed out on getting one. This year we called and asked to receive a phone call when some Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea plants came in. We received a call but because it was going to be almost a week before we make the trip to the garden centre we asked the staff to put two nice plants aside and we paid for them in advance. When we picked them up both plants were in poor shape. One had a broken stem and a number of the flower heads were starting to wither. The member of staff we spoke with assured us that they would be fine with some sun and water. They had no other Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea plants left so we took them on trust. I wish we hadn’t. After a week one of the plants improved and we planted it. The other one did not respond to sun and watering. Both the leaves and the flower heads were turning more brown and clearly the plan was dying. We contacted the garden centre to see what could be done. We sent a picture of the plant so they could see what it looked like and they suggested that we bring it in to see what could be done. Both members of staff were very unhelpful and rude. The member of staff we talked to when we picked up the plants claimed not to remember us, although I was pretty sure she did because we raised some concerns with her at the time. The other member of staff accused us of killing the plant by not watering it and that we had broken the stem. She claimed that there is no way they would sell plants in such poor condition. We asked for a refund for the defective plant but all they would offer was a credit. We live one and a half hours drive from the garden centre and we chose to purchase plants there because we were impressed with the range and quality of the plants. After the treatment we received from the staff we will not be visiting again.
