Between family and co-workers, we purchased a total of 4 new vehicles last year from the previous owner who was great to deal with. This however will be my last dealings with this dealership and I would urge anyone to avoid this business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating of quick lube service - got an oil change here 30/10/20 - great customer service, friendly and prompt. Asked me if the air filters were bad if they could replace them, said yes and they said they were all good, and not needing a change. Topped me up with free washer fluid. Over all better value than other location for the price! Will be back. Thanks for the good service only took 45 mins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can it be any worse? I asked myself. Based on my previous experiences with them were bad, today they just demonstrated a new low! Very rude staff, literally laughing at me when I was trying to understand why I was charged $160 for a engine light diagnose. They said it took them an hour to run the computer for error code, hence an hour labour fee plus ENVIRONMENTAL fee!! (they waived the environmental fee after my argument, but they didn’t provide any error code report or how long exactly did they run the test) Mind you that same diagnosis everywhere else is only half their price or lower. Not to mention that before I came in one of their guys said I could have it looked at for free due it possibly being connected to an ongoing warranty issue. They say NOT TO RIP YOU OFF OR ANYTHING, what a joke! I guess my take is NEVER return again, and I recommend always ask for a quote even just for them to look at it!
