Stayed at this hotel years ago and was good, however there was nothing to like about our attempted stay at this hotel just a couple days ago. Arrived and given key for outer entrance and second key for room. With hands full of luggage walked thru unshoveled snow filled sidewalk and steps to door at back of hotel. Room was old and rundown. Tub faucet was continually leaking and green stains resulted. TV was a small old tube style and would not work unless wires were continually wiggled. Bed mattress was old and sagged to Centre - quilt old as well. Carpeting was dirty and stained. Room did not even seem clean. Hot tub broken and pool closed. Went to front desk and explained about our room - clerk said all rooms are like this. She said the building is under new management. We asked if the new owners don't really care or what. She said the rooms speak for themselves and immediately offered our money back. Will never go there for a room again. Restaurant is fantastic though...being under seperate management it provides delicious food and excellent service. Our waitress, Doreen, was fantastic and friendly!! Just a few blocks away we stayed at the Ramada - and for $20 more had a king bed in a clean jacuzzi suite with fireplace. Fantastic and friendly hotel service with a good breakfast. We recommend you definately stop at the restaurant, but move on to the Ramada or elsewhere if you are looking for a room!

The lobby staff at check in, beds, furniture, fridge and tv were nice everything else was gross. The carpets are filthy, bathtub does not shut off, bathroom vanity prevents toilet seat from staying up, light bulbs burnt out, not a picture on walls, office does not open at posted time, restaurant, although good on other occasions, does not open until 8 AM. In short a dated dump that could be very nice with a complete renovation and probably new ownership.

It was clean and very simple room and is probably the cheapest in town. Had an old CRT TV and mini fridge but no microwave. The bathroom fixtures had as little bit of rust, but everything worked as expected. Decent value for the cost in my opinion.

Totally falsely advertised! No restaurant or bar...both pulled out of there a while ago. Indoor pool is closed (permanently?). Ice machines donโ€™t work. Hall carpets are stained and need to be replaced as does most of the hotel. Not a slight fix but a total overhaul of inside & out is needed. I would NOT recommend staying here.

The ladies were fabulous, the restaurant was fabulous , mini fridge, flat screen tv, microwave, coffee pot, it most definitely could have been worse. For me however I found the room to stink, the cleaner does NOT understand detail , furniture and blanket out dated. The bed sat on a chunk of rock because the bed bottom is broken, bath tub needs to be refinished bad, linoleum if lifting off the floor, the place just needs a face lift. The pool was a no go just nasty, hot tub didn't work, parking sucks and you can hear the neighbors fart!! Would not stay again and would suggest the other two hotels.

Main issue at this place is BED BUGS After being told to pay in cash, and them not having $10 for change, causing me to over pay. The room was absolutely disgusting, un clean, no soap for a shower, towel shoved, not folded into a towel rack, floor was in a desperate need of steam cleaning, smelled like someone spent their entire life smoking in the room, before dying in the middle of summer and a few months may have gone by before said dead person was found with 60 ashtrays full around them. Honestly, you would be better off sleeping in the grass on the side of the highway.

My friend and i were in 100 Mile for a 24hr baseball tournament July 27 - 29. The first room we got smelt like wet dog. And lots of cobwebs behind the door. We arrived around 7 but had to head to the ball fields and decided to talk to front desk when we get back. We got back later than intended so decided to wait till morning. In the morning we had to go play another game, so jumped in the shower real quick and there is dirty soap on the side. the tub was dirty cause when i turned the water on there was a dirt line that washed down. Said screw it shower real quick and go see if we can get a new room. Get to the front desk explained to the gentleman behind the desk. Said i have been in the hotel industry for 15 years and that is not how a room should look or smell especially for $80/night. He proceeded to direct me to the staff room so i can train his staff. I wasn't rude when I talked to him, i was calm and just letting him know. Once we got back from our game there was another room open so we went to that one. It was much cleaner and didn't smell. But both rooms are VERY dated, old box TV, tape holding the screen and windows in, beds were sleepable but need fitted sheets not flat sheet, bathroom needed some TLC, old coffee pot and so on. That night we had time to go check out the pool and OH MY GOD! It was horrible, dirty water, dirt on the bottom, VERY neglected, hot tub jets didn't work and the water was yellow. After we needed some ice for our cooler and called the front desk, the young lady said you need to go to the restaurant. So we went down and let the waitress know we needed ice. She said she will help as soon as she can. We waited 20 minutes, when she came back she was in a hurry and said i don't know why they do this, we are a separate business they need to get their own ice machine. Yes, yes they do. Not a great experience at all, I left my email for the manager to get in touch with me and i am still yet to hear from them, it is August 9.

If you are a clean freak, don't book here. Rooms are not clean, decor is old, and there doesn't seem to be a pride of ownership at this hotel. Hotel entrance has not been swept and windows have not been cleaned. They use old fashioned keys. No hairdryer. Coffee pot looked toxic, so old and grungy. The only good thing was the bed which was comfortable and the TV was big and easy to use. This hotel would be okay for working men who may not notice. Price was okay, but not worth it. I would recommend spending a little more money and staying at a better place.
