G	G G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star fail! Warning I ported my Telus to bell for my cell phone ,I have my own phone ,this was not a contract term! I ask three times if they would be doing a hard credit check they said no as I did not want my credit effected. One hour after porting(switching service) to bell equafax alerted me there was a hard check and that it effected my credit. This warning is for people concerned about credit and looking to buy a house as for 6month it lowers credit score for some people. There staff either don’t know or will tell you anything you want to here to make a sale:(

In fact he had helped me with my original purchase and thankfully had set up my phone to save all the info. He also took the time to find me a deal on my new phone so now I have an up graded phone and pay less than my previous plan. Thanks William for the great service Todd

I was switching from android to an iPhone. She showed me how to do a data transfer for the android to iPhone. It was taking longer then thought. She drove me home and made sure the transfer kept going and was so awesome. Even helping me days later as i figured out my new phone with cords needed to use headphones with my new phone.
