★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les techniciens sont la plupart très gentils et travaillent bien. Toutefois, grand manque de communication au sein de l’entreprise. La première fois, la date des travaux avait été fixée le jeudi, et les employés se sont présentés le lundi sans aucune idée de ce que leur employeur nous avait dit. La deuxième fois, nous avions également reçu une date, mais personne ne s’est présenté pour faire les travaux et personne ne nous a appeler pour nous en avertir non plus. Nous avons dû appeler nous même pour fixer une nouvelle date. La troisième fois, à 8h du matin, le technicien n’a pas cogné et est entré. Nous dormions moi et ma colocataire, je dors la porte ouverte et le technicien est venu fermer ma porte sans rien dire. Lorsque nous lui avons demandé, il nous a dit qu’il pensait que nous savions qu’il allait venir aujourd’hui (ce que nous ne savions pas, la date n’avait encore une fois pas été respectée dû aux deux côtés mais personne ne nous avait appeler pour nous dire qu’il passerait cette journée ci). Bref, communication à améliorer ainsi que le service client.
The technicians are most very nice and work well. However, great lack of communication within the company. The first time, the date of the work was set on Thursday, and the employees showed up on Monday with no idea what their employer had told us. The second time, we also had a date, but no one showed up to do the work and no one called us to tell us either. We had to call ourselves to set a new date. The third time, at 8am, the technician did not knock and entered. We slept me and my roommate, I sleep the door open and the technician came to close my door without saying anything. When we asked him, he told us that he thought we knew he would come today (which we did not know, the date was once again not respected due to both sides but nobody did not call us to tell us he would spend this day here. In short, communication to improve as well as customer service.

Difficulté de gestion visiblement présente entre les "superviseurs/dirigeants" et le personnel "sur le plancher", ce qui occasionne encore une fois délais et frustration.
