C	Corallie Fortin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjours j’ai beaucoup à dire à propos de cette compagnie… Premièrement, moi jeune femme de 15 ans, deux autres adultes et deux chiens nous sommes fait remorquer il y a environ 1mois. Le chauffeur qui nous a remorquer étais très gentil et aimable, il nous a très bien mentionné que arriver au garage le propriétaire allais nous laisser rentrer dans le garage pour nous réchauffer puisqu’il cédait très froid et qu’il neigeait, nous avions très bien mentionné que notre lift allais arriver dans dans 1h30/2h ils nous ont dit qu’il n’aurais aucun problème avec cela. Arriver sur les lieux, le propriétaire nous a dit que nous pouvions pas rester sur place et que nous devions partir… Nous étions tous choqué parce que ce n’est pas cela que le chauffeur nous avais dit. Le propriétaire a manquer de respect il nous a même pas laisser dans notre camion qui ne fonctionnait pas, il nous a obliger à partir alors que aucun taxi prennent évidemment deux chiens et le propriétaire en n’étais bien conscient. Ils nous a obliger à laisser les deux chiens dans le camion et nous a laisser sur le bord du chemin au froid. Cela a causer plusieurs tension donc nous avons appeler un taxi et nous avions été obliger d’attendre au froid et il a amener notre camion avec nos deux chien dans le stationnement du canadien tire. Bref je suis très déçu de leur service… Hello, I have a lot to say about this company ... Firstly, I, a 15 year old woman, two other adults and two dogs got towed about 1 month ago. The driver who towed us was very nice and kind, he mentioned to us very well that when arriving at the garage the owner was going to let us go into the garage to warm us up since it was giving way very cold and it was snowing, we had very good mentioned that our lift was going to be arriving in 1h30 / 2h they said they would have no problem with that. Arriving on the scene, the owner told us that we could not stay there and that we had to leave… We were all shocked because that is not what the driver had told us. The owner was disrespectful he did not even leave us in our truck which was not working, he forced us to leave when no taxi obviously takes two dogs and the owner was well aware of this. They made us leave the two dogs in the truck and left us on the side of the road in the cold. This caused a lot of stress so we called a cab and had to wait in the cold and he brought our truck with our two dogs into the parking lot of the canadian tire. In short, I am very disappointed with their service ...

Alex (driver) went above and beyond to make sure both my son, wife, and myself were taken care of on a day where we were worried for the health of our son. Absolute life saver, and just a fantastic person in general. Top notch service.

I was stranded on the 117 at 12:00 a.m.. the person that answered the phone for the call is very professional very helpful. The gentleman in question that arrived with the towing truck was very professional and was there in the time that they had said. I definitely give them a five out of five and would recommend them any day.
