So, we'd initially hired a renovator/contractor professing "Precision Renovation" and quality in the Kawartha's area. The result was that we were conned and bullied into payments with embarrassingly bad substandard work. He was fired and a police report filed. Ultimately gun shy with work to be finished, we felt at ease talking to One Stop, and got excellent direction, guidance and finally a cost breakdown that wasn't fudged and made sense. Right from the initial contact it was clear that they owned their claims of expertise and that they had a solid work ethic. A team came to the house and polished off a lot of work. They were fast, clean, did amazing work, and we wished desperately that we had hired them in the beginning. They will be back to continue projects in phases, and we highly recommend them because of their client-focused approach, and team of experts who know what they're doing.

Our pool is leaking water, they didn't put any coping corners they used caulking for the corner. we were told we would get warranty still waiting for warranty papers.i have contacted Trevor regarding this he sent his co worker Jeff here. They drained a lot of water below jets to try to fix the caulking around the jet Didn't work. It took me 3 full days to fill pool back. I sent Trevor our water bill still did not receive any money after telling me he would sent an e transfer. Today I contacted both Trevor and Jeff advising if I don't hear from them by Friday I will go ahead and file a lawsuit.. we spent 53,000 and our in ground pool is leaking my question is where is the water going????? we have to fill the pool every 2-3 days. I wish I had never booked one stop home solutions. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!! Jeff said he would take care of us. He came drained the water re caulked it told us to let it dry then add more water to pool. he asked me to put a good review that's what i did. Never thought this is what the outcome would be

There was good communication from beginning to end and we found Tyler to be very honest and hardworking. We will definitely be contacting him for our next project.

I had a custom wall painted that was one of a kind and draws constant compliments from guests. When repairing the beam on my deck, they went over and above to repair other damage that I didn’t notice to the fascia and gutters. They have been always there when I needed them. If there was a company I would say to hire. It would be One Stop Building Solutions . You’ll never need another company again. And if your looking to have your kitchen renovated, you need to go to their showroom! I’m so excited for that as my next project that includes a load beam replacement of a wall and complete reconfiguration. Super stoked

One Stop came by and helped my understand the proper process, lined up the correct trades people, and took all the stress off my shoulders. They did my electrical permits , siding, fascia, soffit, windows , doors, trims , drywall, paint, and absolutely stunning barn board ceiling waterfall to wall. Not to mention the chevron finish bar board detail to finish it all off. Absolutely stunning. Check out the photos. So I had them follow that up by finishing my open ceiling basement with black paint and rough cut lumber for lighting . Will most definitely be referring them and using them again in the future
