R	Rose McKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception is very unreliable! How is it that they can't answer the phone or return a call ALL MORNING? I have called more than a handful of times in the last 3 hours and even left a voicemail with still no call back. Very irritating! Hire new or more reception!

The office staff are always busy and it is understandable if they can't respond quickly to phone calls, however that seems to be a problem with most doctor's offices these days. I found the office staff and doctor to be polite, pleasant and helpful.

It's happened to me twice.. once I lost an entire day of pay because I booked off and the cancelled it.. no call.. they always lie and say they left a message. Today I got there at 9 to find out it was rescheduled for 3pm.. so I have to drive from current river twice today because they cant di their jobs.. no thanks.. I won't ever go back there.. along with others I'm sure.. I hear other patients complain about the same thing while im there.. dr gupta is amazing and if he fired his receptionists who dont know how to make a phone call and hire qualified people his business wouldn't suck so bad..
G	Grace Person on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gupta is good at his job, however his reception staff are very unreliable. They said they called with an appointment time but I did not receive any calls! Had to take time off work and drive into town to find out we came an hour too late! Staff was not helpful and not friendly at all, they act like stuck up Bth** if you ask me! Sitting their eating you gross bowl of food while I am trying to ask a question. DR Gupta fire your rude staff and get some people who actually like dealing with people .

I have never met a more kind and caring doctor that takes visible steps to go above and beyond to ensure I am well taken care of both in terms of my eyes (and I know through other doctors that he is considered the best in his field) as well as on a more personal basis with regards to my diabetes management and overall well-being. All of this is in spite of a brutally hectic and busy schedule with clients and research intended to better the lives of his patients.
