I went in with no expectations and was surprised by the positive outcome. Amy's feedback on my session was spot on!! I'll definitely be booking another session and highly recommend Guided Healing to anyone wanting self care.

There's no rush and you feel she is 100% focused on your needs plus the take home package and aftercare service is really special. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has issues to work on or just feels a bit lost.
