Since it was a new build the whole process from getting qualified for a mortgage to actually taking possession of our house took over 12 months, and Parth was there every step of the way. He checked in with us regularly to see what the progress on our home was, and made sure everything was lined up and ready to go for our possession. We are so happy that we chose to work with Parth because he took any hassle out of setting up our mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and always just a quick phone call or email away. Anytime we had a question (most likely even the same question multiple times!) Parth would reply to our emails and calls immediately. We loved having such open and quick communication, and appreciate him taking the time to ensure this process went smoothly for us. We felt very valued as clients. Thanks again Parth!

Mr Patel is very knowledgeable and efficient. He walked me through every step and answered my questions without delay. He went over and above for me with my refinancing. β β β β β Parth had guided us through very cumbersome process of getting mortgage as this is the highest value property we had bought with multiple partners. During this time we had few surprises but he had made sure that we got approved for mortgage and guided us through getting extension for our closing date as well. I really would recommend him for any mortgage services and if I ever want to get another property I would definitely seek his services.
