★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer beware.... I purchased a camera that I never received for over 1400.00. After waiting a while for the camera that I never saw. they were supposed to install it and they came to my house with no camera and said they could not install as they did not not bring any wires. They are a camera store..how do you not have wires. Then they were supposed to come back and install and never did. I asked for a refund and they said they had to charge me almost 400.00 for coming to my house to do nothing. I complained but they would not give me back myoney so I called the better business bureau and Pat Foran, still waiting for a response. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in person for the first time to check out the store yesterday and was greeted by a very polite and knowledgeable representative that helped me find the right product I was looking for as well as go into detail about many other products they carry. Unfortunately the product I purchased ($100 camera pen) is defective (keeps crashing and image seems very glitched) and the instruction manual is not clear at all...
It's probably just a factory defect though and I'll try asking for a replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Bought their most expensive gps tracker, brand new. Thing stoped working after 4 months. Been waiting over 3 months for them to fix and give me log in info. And still getting the run around. Not sure how this company stays in buinesiness. Buyers beware!!!!!

After being a sastified customer for many months and actively subscribing monthly to their services, I regretfully have to inform future customers to think twice before coming here.
Product I purchased malfunctions, offered a replacement device after 1 month of “troubleshooting” (while being on an active monthly subscription). Given a new device that works pefectly fine but operators of the store refuse to activate saying a new activation fee is required and when fee is paid, product mysteriously malfunctions again with product being “tampered with”.
Straight up scammers, will play it off stringing you up as long as they can and will burn you at the end.
If you absolutely need to do business with them, make sure your product works before leaving the store and when your product break down, do not expect them to fix it.
