Since it was a new build the whole process from getting qualified for a mortgage to actually taking possession of our house took over 12 months, and Parth was there every step of the way. He checked in with us regularly to see what the progress on our home was, and made sure everything was lined up and ready to go for our possession. We are so happy that we chose to work with Parth because he took any hassle out of setting up our mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and always just a quick phone call or email away. Anytime we had a question (most likely even the same question multiple times!) Parth would reply to our emails and calls immediately. We loved having such open and quick communication, and appreciate him taking the time to ensure this process went smoothly for us. We felt very valued as clients. Thanks again Parth!

β β β β β My partner and I contacted Janardhan Nalam and GNE Mortgages to inquire about our options to obtain a mortgage. Fortunately, we were met with a kind, hopeful, and encouraging response like no other. They reviewed our finances and provided us with a clear path forward. Shortly after, our offer to buy a house was accepted and we proceeded with the mortgage application. Two months later, we were happy and excited to move into our new home.
Throughout the application process, Janardhan Nalam and Harpal Singh from GNE Mortgages responded to our questions clearly, took our concerns seriously, and guided us with respect. β β β β β I was assisted by Nikhil Ghatia. Very sweet and responsive in the beginning before taking my file. He said that he can pass the mortgage of any credit within few hours. By God's grace, I've an excellent credit score with steady income and have all requirements for a first time buyer.
After submitting all my confidential documents This Person (Nikhil) assured me he'll get back to me, but also after a week and numerous calls he never got back or responded my messages.
After being fed up I tried another agent(Roshan dsouza) and feel blessed to hire him. I got my mortgage passed within 2 days and week after I moved in to my place.
Will never recommend anyone and will also file a complain to BBB against this firm.

As a first time home buyer I wasnβt aware of how the mortgage process works from beginning to end.
