It is a used car fleet but it was perfect for our needs. Terry was a pleasure to deal with, incredibly responsive & very trustworthy. I even forgot my license their and he mailed it back to me next day no questions asked. Thanks for the great customer service Terry.

I purposely looked to rent from GSA to support small businesses and I’ve got to say that Terry was one of the most kind-hearted and considerate people I have ever met. The car was clean and well kept. Pick up and return of the vehicle was also very easy. Will be renting from Terry every visit from now on!
L	Louise Wesley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this company, Terry was nice enough to deal with at the outset but the vehicle a 2007 GMC Acadia was a piece of junk and not worth the $145.00 per diem charge. When I picked the vehicle up it was filthy inside and I had to vacuum the entire thing before using it. The seats were filthy and it stunk like cigarette smoke...(as a former smoker I know the smell.) When I called the owner to ask why the vehicle was not cleaned he said that they were too busy to do this which in this time of Covid does not sit well. I disinfected it before getting back in the vehicle. Additionally the the vehicle badly needed mechanical attention. The service air bag, service park assist, service stabilitrak, service traction control warnings all stayed on for the three days we had the vehicle. As demonstrated by the photos attached to this review. The engine had a groaning sound. As well there was a piece of black electrician tape over the engine warning light. Again, when I asked the owner for a discount his very offhand comment to me was bring it back and I will refund your money. He knew full well that we were in a bind and desperately needed this particular size vehicle for the weekend. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

GSA rents older cars in very good condition and charges hundreds less than their competition. I was worried that this deal was too good to be true so was really pleased to get a Honda Civic from GSA which was comfortable, reliable and gave us great gas mileage at a time when gas prices were high. We had no problems with the car what-so-ever and enjoyed dealing with the owner Terry. He was fast and efficient to deal with, very personable and professional, easy to get ahold of and he has a great sense of humour. I would rent a car from him again in a second.

Terry made sure we were accommodated in a clean, perfect vehicle for what it needed to do (it was also warmed as I was picking it up on a sub-zero windy day!). It was easy in, easy out and fit the bill well. As I travel back and forth, I am no doubt going to give GSA a call for when my family needs another rental.

Good prices, very friendly service, top shape cars. The service provided was warm and courteous, and Terry went out of his way to wait for our late flight arrival. Everything was exactly as I'd hoped it would be, really took the stress out of the car rental part of my trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this business for anyone seeking to rent a car on the island, and the next time I come back to visit, I will definitely be renting from here again.
