Notre petit chien chihuahua rescue a vécu des traumatismes avant son arrivé chez nous, et lorsque nous n'avons pu être présent elle lorsqu'elle est soudainement devenu très malade, elle en a eu pour un mois à la maison à ne plus vouloir sortir de sa cage, elle hurlait sa vie lorsqu'on l'approchait comme si elle croyait qu'on allait la ramener. Parfois, il faudrait croire ses clients que notre animal ne peut pas être vu sans son maitre. Mes deux autres chiens (dont un autre chihuahua), je vous les laisse sans problème, mais j'aurais aimé qu'on m'écoute. Plus jamais nous retournerons simplement car nous n'avons pas été entendu et notre petite avait besoin de soin urgent, malgré qu'on a jamais trouvé le bobo qu'elle avait. Elle s'en est remis, mais ca été long. Not being able to be present with our animal caused more damage than expected. Our little chihuahua rescue dog experienced trauma before she arrived at our house, and when we couldn't be there, when she suddenly became very sick, she had a month at home not wanting to go out. her cage, she screamed her life when approached as if she believed that we were going to bring her back. Sometimes, it would be necessary to believe its customers that our animal cannot be seen without its master. My two other dogs (including another chihuahua), I leave them to you without problem, but I would have liked someone to listen to me. Never again will we return simply because we were not heard from and our little one needed urgent care, despite the fact that we never found the sore she had. She got over it, but it took a long time.

Très confortant d'avoir trouver une clinique en cette période qui acceptent les nouveaux clients et qui en plus offrent un excellent services. Je n'ai pas apprécié de ne pas pouvoir être là, c'était la première fois que je vivais ça après plusieurs expériences ailleurs (chien très malade). Sinon très bon service. The only negative point is that during the evaluation of our animal we cannot be present. I did not appreciate not being able to be there, it was the first time I experienced this after several experiences elsewhere (very sick dog). Otherwise very good service.

Je n'ai pas apprécié de ne pas pouvoir être là savoire se quil ce passe de l'autre cote de la porte avec mon chaton de 6mois j'ai fait plusieurs vétérinaire et on pouvait reste avec notre animal sa me rassurer beaucoup plus j'espère que la prochaine fois je vais pouvoir rester avec mon animal sinon le service rapide et bien during the evaluation of our animal we cannot be present. I didn't appreciate not being able to be there to know what was going on on the other side of the door with my 6 month old kitten, I went to several vets and we could stay with our animal, that reassures me much more. hope that next time I will be able to stay with my animal otherwise the service is fast and good
