★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La facture reçue par Royaltech était détaillée non seulement pour la portion des heures mais aussi toutes les pièces qui ont été changées. Ça fait changement car mon autre fournisseur ne mettait qu’on montant en main d’œuvre et un montant total pour les pièces. C’est plus facile d’approuver la dépense avec des factures ventilées.
The invoice received by Royaltech was detailed not only for the hours portion but also all the parts that were changed. It made a change because my other supplier only used one amount and a total amount for parts. It’s easier to approve the expense with itemized invoices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à un appel d’urgence. La compagnie RoyalTech s’est déplacée rapidement et a réparé avec les pièces qui étaient dans le camion. De nos jours il est rare de voir des camions avec plusieurs pièces de rechange. Habituellement le réparateur vient constater; met un pansement sur le bobo et un autre revient avec les pièces, ce qui coûte plus cher.
Following an emergency call. RoyalTech moved quickly and repaired with the parts that were in the truck. Nowadays it is rare to see trucks with several spare parts. Usually the repairer comes to see; puts a bandage on the boho and another comes back with the parts, which costs more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certains techniciens en alarme incendie se présentent et ne semblent pas connaitre les divers équipements. Je sais qu’on ne peut tout connaître mais il y a quand même une limite. Le technicien de RoyalTech qui est venu était un technicien d’expérience, qui a vu neiger. Ça fait toute la différence car il a trouvé la solution même si ce n’étaient pas eux qui avaient fait l’installation.
Some fire alarm technicians show up and do not seem to know the various equipment. I know you can't know everything, but there is still a limit. The technician from RoyalTech who came was an experienced technician, who saw it snowing. It makes all the difference because he found the solution even though they weren't the ones who did the installation.
