Je n’ai rien à dire sur la qualité des équipements et du matériel. Là où ça se corse, c’est quand le temps est venu de procéder à une réparation après la première année et que la portion, main-d’œuvre n’est plus couverte par la garantie. Soyez bien avisés, si vous ne demeurez pas à proximité vous devez défrayer les frais de déplacement. Combiné à la main-d’œuvre, la facture peut être très salée. Ex. : nous résidons à (208 km aller-retour) du commerce. Coûts, avant taxes, pour le Kilomètrage : 208$. Coûts de la main-d’œuvre (1 technicien, 5h pour le transport et temps des travaux) : 557.50$, pièces : 0$ garantie. Total d’une facture de ce genre : 765.50$ plus taxes grand total de 880.14$. Je vous conseille de faire affaire avec n'importe qui d'autre qu'eux... J'avais contacté Réfrigération Noël Inc pour un problème avec mon climatiseur, puisque c'est cette entreprise qui l'avait installé quelques années auparavant. On me transfère directement au technicien qui me dit qu'il va me rappeler rapidement pour un rendez-vous. Mais la semaine suivante, je n'avais toujours pas eu d'appel pour obtenir une date de service. Rappelant moi-même, la réceptionniste me dit qu'elle doit parler au technicien pour quelqu'un d'autre et qu'elle va me rappeler une fois qu'elle lui aura parlé. Elle me rappelle le jour même en me demandant pourquoi au juste elle devait me rappeler!! Elle me répète qu'elle va donc me rappeler plus tard avec une date de rendez-vous. Depuis ce dernier appel, je n'ai toujours pas eu de nouvelle. J'ai fait affaire avec une autre entreprise qui a réglé le problème sans attente. C'est la dernière fois que je fais appel à Réfrigération Noël... I put a star because I couldn't give less. Their customer service is really bad. I advise you to do business with anyone other than them ... I had contacted Réfrigération Noël Inc for a problem with my air conditioner, since it was this company that had installed it a few years ago. Calling back myself, the receptionist told me that she must speak to the technician for someone else and that she will call me once she has spoken to him. She reminds me the same day asking me exactly why she should call me !! She tells me again that she will call me back later with an appointment date. Since this last call, I still haven't heard from her. I did business with another company that solved the problem without waiting. This is the last time I call Christmas Refrigeration ...

Deux brouettes et 30 minutes d'ouvrage et votre compagnie tombera en faillite? Ces deux trous témoignent d'un gros manque de respect envers vos employés et vos clients et de négligence pour leur sécurité! Two huge holes in your parking lot for several months! Are two gravel wheelbarrows to fill those holes really too much to ask? Two wheelbarrows and 30 minutes of work and your company will go bankrupt? These two holes show a great lack of respect towards your employees and your customers and neglect for their safety!
B	B B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne vous recommande pas de faire affaire avec cette compagnie. Si vous décidez tout de même de le faire, assurez-vous d'exiger un devis par écrit avant les travaux. Le consommateur ne devrait d'ailleurs pas à le demander puisqu'ils sont supposés le remettre tel que le stipule la loi. Sans ce devis écrit, vous pouvez être assurés qu'ils gonfleront les frais qui vous avait été estimés au départ. Si vous les contacter après avoir reçu la facture pour questionner les coûts, attendez-vous à de l'insolence et à un grand manque de respect. I do not recommend that you do business with this company. If you decide to do it anyway, be sure to ask for a written quote before the work. The consumer should not also have to ask for it since they are supposed to deliver it as stipulated by law. Without this written quote, you can be assured that they will inflate the costs that were originally estimated to you. If you contact them after receiving the invoice to question the costs, expect insolence and great disrespect.

J'ai fait une demande en mai dernier pour le nettoyage et d'entretien d'un système d'air climatisé installé par eux il y a deux ans. On m'a dit qu c'était trop occupé et que ça irait à la fin de l'été. J'ai donné mes coordonnées et on m'a dit qu'on me rappellerait la veille du rendez-vous. J'attends toujours. On est le 2 octobre !!! Toute les fois que j'ai fait affaire avec eux c'était un service après ventes pitoyable. Choisissez une compagnie plus sérieuse qui respecte ses clients. I would have put 0 stars if we could do it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I applied last May for the cleaning and maintenance of an air conditioning system installed by them two years ago. I was told it was too busy and would be fine at the end of the summer. I gave my contact details and was told that I would be called back the day before the appointment. I'm still waiting. It is October 2 !!! Whenever I have dealt with them it has been a pitiful after sales service. Choose a more serious company that respects its customers.
