★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company Laberge is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. The building it self is old but it’s good to live in. However, the company never cares for convenience of tenants. They took 3 weeks to answer me. I asked to leave the apartment to live in another building, the process for giving my information to new company took 3 weeks. Whatever you ask they say it’s irrelevant to us . Other buildings with the same rental price, put sanitizer in building. But they just put it in the office and they close the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I lived for about two years. Our experience was excellent. Ms. Massy's team constantly provides maintenance and cleaning to all areas of the building and keeps it in optimal conditions. Ms. Massy and her team at all times gave us pertinent solutions to our requests (it is understandable that they have to attend to requests according to the waiting list), but in my experience, they make a great effort and always attend to requests. tenant requirements.
The area is the most pleasant and extraordinarily safe, there is a shopping center a block and a half away. And honestly the prices of the apartments for the area are very affordable. My family and I have to go to Ontario for work, but we recommend living at 6600 Chemin Kildare, Cote Saint-Luc, H4W1B7. Oh I almost forgot to mention the building has two swimming pools, one indoor (which we use in winter) and one outdoor; laundry, parking, and meeting room, all inside the building ;-D Special thanks to Ms. Massy and her team and also to Groupe Laberge Seasons.
