It's quite cozy, the mall is not that busy. It's kind of small but offers necessities(Pharmaprix, IGA, Dollarama, Subway, other small restaurants, and bakeries[kosher too], salon, TDbank, Scotia Bank. I just hope a cinema will come here and offer their service. The Cineplex here closed permanently because of the pandemic. They should add a small arcade place too. There's no liquor place like SAQ but so far still good for me.

Nice little neighborhood shopping Center , but a far cry from its heyday as the Cavendish mall .. iga , dollarama , bank , pharmaprix and a few other stores... just saw the cinema will reopen soon , that's good news... no other cinemas in the west end since it closed , except angrignon

Its a very usefull mall in cavandish because of Dollarsma, IGA and pharma stores. Also have food court for gathering. Its very important for Cavandish neiborhood. Actually, before moving, I was warned for this area which is difficult for buying stuffs and far from stores. Its totally wrong. I really like my home and this mall as well.

Our first experience there. It was a simple, nice shopping mall . Friendly client/customer service. Affordable prices.

Life is back to normal! The people are busy going about their business, lots of talking and though the mask is hiding the smiles you can feel the happiness around.

I'm positive that once you die you either go to heaven, hell or this mall. Once you enter this place you feel like you're 1000 years old. It's boring, outdated, dull and completely lifeless. Iga sucks, pharmaprix customer service is horrible and they overcharge on every single item, the food court is depressing and the parking lot is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. Dollarama and the CLSC are the only reason you should enter this dead mall. All the other stores have zero clients and they sell garbage that nobody wants to buy. I hope this mall reinvents itself or better yet shuts down

Local mall which I've frequented over the years. I stopped in for a haircut at St Laurent and was happy with the results. Boutiques, food court, IGA, Éconofitness, a Dollarama, Greich and Scaff, bakeries and butcher, a health spa, shoe stores...A reopening of the cinema undergoing renovations will be a relief to many local movie lovers.

Worst mall in experience. The restaurant choices are terrible. Now alone they aren't bad. But it's all so pricey because it's all kosher, and then theres a subway. The staff aren't friendly I've noticed, and it's creepy when the workers pull chairs outside the stores and just stare at you. When they are older men with long bears just staring at you stroking the beard, it's weird, I found this at multiple stores. They also have no stores worth visiting, if you don't live right next to the mall, there's no point in going, it's simply just dying, and it's so ugly inside. I will never again return even if my cousin lives right next to it.
