Conveniently located across from a shopping mall where you can do your groceries and go to the pharmacy
They have a lot of Kosher foods as this area has a denser Jewish presence
There are nice walking places and a new housing development that was built recently across the boulevard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It isn't just my opinion but most of people live in Montreal say this apartment is one of the best apartments. Specifically, education atmospere, security, convenience and public transportation. Most of all, there are many neat and witty parks around the App.
