★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joumana s'est trompé dans mes impôts ! Selon elle, je devais de l'argent au gouvernement alors que je suis une étudiante à temps plein. Lorsque j'ai reçu mes retours d'impôts, revenu Québec a recalculé mes impôts et en fin de compte je ne devais pas de l'argent au gouvernement, c'était eux qui m'en devait. Le service de madame était «fade» aucun sourire et elle ne m'a pas posé de question pour en apprendre davantage sur ma situation. De plus, elle ne m'a même pas proposé de discount pour ma carte opus, c'était littéralement moi qui devais lui poser mes questions pour ne pas être désavantagée... Bref, je n'y retournerai plus et je ferais en sorte qu'aucune personne ne se fasse avoir par ce genre de comptable... Bonne journée
Joumana made a mistake in my taxes! According to her, I owed the government money when I was a full-time student. When I received my tax returns, Revenu Québec recalculated my taxes and in the end I did not owe the government any money, they owed me. Madame's service was "bland" no smile and she didn't ask me any questions to learn more about my situation. In addition, she did not even offer me a discount for my opus card, it was literally me who had to ask her my questions so as not to be at a disadvantage ... In short, I will not go back and I will make sure that no one is fooled by this kind of accountant ... Good day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are amateurs. I work in finance and needed some advise about my taxes so I called them. They are rude, they don't pick up the phone, and they lied to my face! Careful with the other reviews. They are misleading and I am quite sure that they are fake!
