★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPJL, même s'ils se présentent comme tel, n'est pas un courtier en assurances puisqu'ils ne fonctionnent qu'avec Intact Assurances.... Comment dans ce cas peuvent-ils être certains de proposer les meilleurs prix!!
DPJL, even if they appear as such, is not an insurance broker since they only work with Intact Insurance .... How in this case can they be certain to offer the best prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils envois 95% de leurs demandes à Intacts assurances, ils ne cherchent pas a vous trouver le meilleurs prix avec différentes compagnies d'assurances. Autrement dis c'est une succursale D'Intact. Magazinez car ils ne sont vraiment pas compétitif et ils augmentent sans arrêt année apres année. Apres avoir fais une demande chez un compétiteur, je suis passé d'une assurance habitation de 4800$ avec groupe DPJL à 1700$ avec Allstate. Morale de l'histoire, appellez vous meme chaque année différentes compagnies d'assurance. Ne vous fiez pas à des charlatans comme ces sois disant courtier d'Assurances, tel que DPJL, qui envois presque la totalité des demmandes à une seule compagnie.
They send 95% of their requests to Intacts assurances, they don't try to find you the best price with different insurance companies. In other words it is an Intact branch. Magazine because they really are not competitive and they keep increasing year after year. After applying to a competitor, I went from home insurance from $ 4,800 with the DPJL group to $ 1,700 with Allstate. Moral of the story, call yourself different insurance companies every year. Do not trust charlatans like these self-styled Insurance brokers, such as DPJL, who send almost all of the claims to a single company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to call them for a week and no one ever answers the phone. After doing some other quotes I also realized I am being severely overcharged for my insurance. I now wish to cancel but can never talk to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a crack in my windshield related to a repair that was covered by the insurance, I called DPJL to see if they know about a warranty. They said they will get back to me in 2 days about where the reparation was done so I can investigate myself.
After 2 weeks and several calls... I finally receive an email with a document, but not containing the information about where the reparation was done so it's useless. I sent several emails after that, but got no response (been 3 weeks now).
EDIT: The day after writing this review, I got a call and finally got good explanations even if they didn't have the information about where the reparation was done. I'm adding 1 star generously.
