★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les rdv chez le dentiste m'ont toujours rendu très anxieux mais cela a changé avec ce cabinet en particulier:
- Hygiéniste dentaires très habiles
- Dentistes très rapides et délicats dans leurs procédures
- Service rapide lorsqu'on appelle
- Très accommodant lorsqu'on appelle en avance pour changer un rendez-vous
- Téléphonistes courtoises
- Bien situé
 Dentist appointments have always made me very anxious but that changed with this particular practice:
- Very skilled dental hygienists
- Dentists very fast and delicate in their procedures
- Prompt service when called
- Very accommodating when calling ahead to change an appointment
- Courteous telephone operators
- Well located

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous cherchez un centre dentaire qui sait faire preuve d’un tant soit peu de discernement et d’humanisme, continuez vos recherches.
Sachez que j’étais patiente de ce centre dentaire depuis plusieurs années. Mon mari ayant un imprévu au bureau, il n’était plus disponible pour s’occuper de notre bébé à l’heure de mon rendez-vous. J’ai communiqué avec la clinique afin de modifier (et non annuler) mon rendez-vous plus de 24 heures en avance. La réceptionniste m’a informé que des frais de 50$ me seraient facturés afin de déplacer mon rendez-vous puisque celui-ci était dans moins de 48 heures. Je lui ai alors expliqué que la situation était hors de mon contrôle et j’ai demandé s’il était possible de faire une exception. Ce à quoi l’on m’a répondu que si je souhaitais éviter les frais, je n’avais qu’à apporter mon bébé et l’installer devant le téléviseur pour la durée de mon rendez-vous! Mon bébé n’ayant pas eu Covid, j’ai alors expliqué que j’étais extrêmement mal à l’aise à l’apporter avec moi, sans compter que d’installer un bébé de 15 mois seul devant la télé était complètement irresponsable. Malgré tout, l’administration a refusé d’appliquer une quelconque discrétion et a maintenu l’imputation des frais.
Il est extrêmement dommage que le manque de jugement et de professionnalisme de la gestion administrative viennent ternir la qualité des services prodigués par l’équipe traitante qui est quant à elle très compétente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an appointment at this clinic for tooth filling, and changed our usual dentist due to his unavailability at the time we requested, we went on time at the clinic, the nurse started working as usual, taking x-ray etc.. ,and cleaning teeth without even asked us what you hear for, anyway spent an hour , then we were waiting around 45 minutes to see the dentist, finally the dentist showed up few minutes check up then he gave us another appointment for the filling, very upsetting, also they apply finger tip fluoride gel and cost us Cad 31.00 wich we have it home it cost us few cents to apply it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved in Gatineau and there are lots of dental clinics. I didn’t know which dental clinic is good so I tried this clinic and I am very satisfied! I’ve had always bad experience with rough treatment with other dental clinics but Dr. Zhao and staff are super gentle and careful and very reasonable price super reliable :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent dentist. Service was very good. He was attentive to my anxiety and really took his time. He made sure i was numbed correctly and i felt literally nothing from the injections to the extraction.
He even offered implant services which i will most deffinetly be looking into ! Great place. Took me as an emergency walk in. Im very content with the service and the staff :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wen Zhao did it; managed Adam's phobia to a dentist chair and finally completed the procedure successfully! Thank you very much is not enough for the patience and the professional manner and for being on top of all a human!! Dr. Wen is highly recommended for adults and mainly for kids like my son, hats off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! THIS DENTAL CLINIC WILL CLOSE YOUR FILE IF YOU LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. Stépanie Girard, Director, left me a voice message clearly stating that she was, "closing my file because of the negative review I left on their website." I would rate this dental clinic with zero stars for their employee work ethic as well as the director's inability to follow up with rude, unprofessional, condescending and incompetent staff members. Apparently Google reviews are more important than professional work ethic at this establishment. I would definitely not recommend this dental clinic to anyone.
