Premièrement Jennifer l’adjointe m’a donné toute l’information que j’ai dû recevoir avant de recevoir les soins. Que dire de Docteure Angers. Minutieuse, soucieuse du détail et hyper compétente. Définitivement la clinique dentaire #1 dans la région de l’Outaouais.
Wow what about this clinic. A terrific team, so much the service at the clinic. First Jennifer the assistant gave me all the information I needed to receive before receiving treatment. What to say about Doctor Angers. Meticulous, detail-oriented and super competent. Definitely the # 1 dental clinic in the Outaouais region.

God knows I've done several dentists! They are the best! All very fine, attentive, gives good advice! I'm glad I found it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est mon centre dentaire depuis assez longtemps. Les employés sont polis. J'ai appelé en novembre '21 pour un mal de molaire. On m'a dit que je devais passer avant pour un nettoyage et radiographie. C'est fait. J'attends encore pour mon plombage et nous sommes lundi le 28 mars. Est-ce normal d'attendre plus de 4 1/2 mois pour un plombage?
This has been my dental center for quite a long time. Employees are polite. I called in Nov '21 for a sore molar. I was told that I had to come first for a cleaning and x-ray. It is done. I'm still waiting for my filling and it's Monday March 28th. Is it normal to wait more than 4 1/2 months for a filling?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was the one who referred me and my wife and kids to this dentist at first the customer rep was nice but the last time my mom went we had a small issue and the rep at the counter was so rude and mean to my mom and didnt care whether she come back or not so I have decided to pull my family and find another dentist hopefully they see this and fix the rudeness over there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urbain dental is clean, modern and has a staff so friendly you forget your teeth are getting cleaned! This is by far the best dentist office I have been to. The dental hygienist I had was wonderful, letting me know every step she was taking and made sure I was comfortable. Also, she was well spoken in English (big plus for me, I really wouldn’t know how to talk about teeth in French!). I most definitely recommend this dentist office if your looking for a new place to sink your teeth into ?
