The trainers at GRIT are so wonderful! They have such amazing energy and all are attentive to our goals. Jon is great in regards to asking how everybody's bodies are feeling and focusing on recovery and movement, allowing us to function at our full potential while doing so correctly. I have been training with Brad apart from the group sesh. Brad is super patient and always pushing me to strive to be better while having the most fun. Tom is very motivational and puts us to work, also super understanding in working with us and modifying to have our needs met. All the guys breaks things down for us to ensure quality workouts! I continue to learn every day. Thanks for being an awesome team :).

Amazing trainers! I do small group training with these guys and I love how each trainer has his own specialty and we get to work our bodies in different ways, like not just all boxing or lifting weights. The workouts are useful, they make us do painful things (lol) for a reason- like the proper way of picking up a heavy bag of potatoes by engaging the right muscles to prevent injury. Functional fitness with recovery- not all fitness professionals offer that. You can see that these guys do what they do because they have a passion for fitness and they sincerely care about their clients and their goals. That, I believe, is why I signed up with Grit. Try Grit, you’ll see what I mean.

I previously trained at another boxing gym for 2 years prior to moving over to GRIT. I wish I could have done this sooner as I really learned some bad habits and technique. Working with the GRIT team has been so great. I have learned proper form allowing me to progress so much further as I am not constantly injuring myself. They also offer a Fight Club where you actually get to spar with real people, it’s awesome! So if you want to learn to box proper as well as improve your strength and mobility this is definitely the best program in the city!

Amazing Team of Professionals. Very knowledgeable and down to earth in their approach to a person's need in their fitness goals. super fun and exciting environment. The workouts are challenging yet designed for all level of fitness. You will have to check out GRIT and experience the community vibe!

GRIT Fitness has great facilities, great trainers and a variety of workouts to choose from such as group training, private or even a fight club! I really feel like I'm pushed to my max and given a great depth of information in regards to body form and even nutrition. Definitely worth trying it out! Go for it

I started the small group training with GRIT in October and cannot believe the progress I have made in just 8 weeks.The trainers are absolutely amazing and each has their own unique skills and specialities. There focus on teaching correct form and movement allows you to reach your fitness goals without injury. Each week is more challenging and set with new goals. If you are looking to become part of a very unique community-based fitness family this is the definitely the place to come!

GRIT is a team of fantastic trainers who are passionate about helping all of their clients improve their overall health and achieve their goals. Each trainer has a different skill set and personality that they bring to each workout which always keep things interesting. GRIT has you covered for all your striking/strength/conditioning/mobility needs! I also love the community aspect of GRIT and the welcoming atmosphere! The community classes are great because they're fun and encourage people to work together to better themselves
