He didn't show up the first day, and I only found out he wasn't coming when I called. 45 minutes late for the rescheduled appt. the next day. No phone call, apology, or explanation. And all only to tell me that i didn't qualify for the program I was looking at, and that they could have told me that on the phone initially. I couldnt thank their sales guy for being patient and helpful through the entire process. It was one of the best buying decision I have ever made. He followed up and guided me through the process. We have had bad experiences with other contractors in the past and GriffEnergy provided us with a good experience. Overall we are happy with the company's work.
