Jon was able to replace the zipper in two days, after we agreed on a price and timeline to complete the job. It was worth the drive from Scarborough to do business with this company!

I also bring in my leather winter coat for rips/tear fixes, and for a good de-salting after a brutal winter, and it always looks brand new upon pick up! Highly recommend!

He did not have my size on the rack so he made me one to measure - at the same price as off the rack! The final product was beautiful with impeccable craftsmanship (the stitching is flawless) and custom lining & buttons. And on top of that, the turn around was under 2 weeks! I emailed them to ask about sizing with a specific style of coat, and if it would be possible to mail it to me, as I live several hours' drive from Toronto. They could not have been more friendly and helpful, answering my questions by email, and then later on the phone when I called to place my order. Upon arrival, my new coat fit perfectly, and was even more stunning than in the photos online. I cannot recommend this business enough!
