★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here regularly for materials. They have a great selection of high quality products. My only complaint is the customer service.
The folks at the sales counter are usually helpful but the guys in the back typically seem to be in a bad mood and often are unprofessional in the way they communicate with coworkers in front of customers (on occassion I've witnessed them cursing/belittling coworkers) .
A lot of times I have to wait for extended amounts of time behind delivery drivers and office workers just to hand them my pink slip to get my materials. It just seems that they would want the customers to be the top priority.
I'm not one to complain much. It's just that I've experienced these frustrations during the majority of my visits here over the last 2 years and it nevers seems to get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except lumber, . . . Their tools and hardware and electrical sections carry extremely limited numbers of varieties and supplies. I wish they totally get rid of these sections because I wasted a long commute just because a salesman in Lowes told me to check them out. I was looking for "flux" (used for electrical soldering) and after checking out their super limited supplies I asked for help and to my surprise even the manager didn't know if they carry such item , he confessed that their suppliers are extremely limited. . . As said , perhaps it's best if main suppliers such as "Home depot", "Lowes", "Rona", "Griff", even "Canadian tire", . . . Etc, gather together in a friendly manner and come up with an agreement to allow one to eliminate their specific supply sections and in return to be the only supplier of another group of products. It'll totally save people's time and reduce traffic on the roads.
