The salesman do a great job of guiding you, getting you a great price and answering any questions you may have. The owners are also very humble, please check them out for any of your door and moulding needs!

I placed the order and paid for the door and the frame on the 1st of August. today is Aug 27th, it's almost one month and door is not ready yet. I have called them about 15 times in the last 10 days but no one can give me an exact date when the door will be ready. Currently all my other renovation work is on-hold until the door is installed. I would not recommend Active Doors to anyone. I would not give them any Stars. Selected one star because I cannot post my comments without selecting a Star. Finally I received the door yesterday Sept 16th after patiently waiting for about 45 days. Beside the delay, The door and the frame look great. I was told that the delay was due to their Glass supplier had not delivered the glass on time. Active Doors offered me $40 worth of door trims to make me happy. Whole Active doors Team should be responsible for this issue/delay. Hopefully something like this will not happen to anyone else.

I rarely write reviews but I really wanted to mention what a positive experience I had there. Raman, who helped me was patient, helpful and super knowledgeable. He was also able to match and beat prices of any other competitor as they all seem to carry the same products. I’m one of those annoying indecisive clients with tons of questions but he never made me feel that way during the entire process. I‘m in sales myself so I really appreciate good service.

I was greeted very friendly (this was before the Covid-19 outbreak) and within short time well taken care of. My customer service guy opened a brand new package and charged me only for the parts I needed. I recommend this place to everyone who needs new doors. Great selection, great quality, great customer service. Thank you guys and cheers!

Amazing showroom with lots of variety and even better customer service. they beat all there competitors prices and even had the perfect gold coloured hinges which other stores couldn’t get. Highly recommend!!

Giving them the 2nd star because of the salesperson, he was nice and polite. Somehow the salesperson doesn't work there anymore, seems he quit because they charged shelving prices to 2 of his customers. Looks like they don't care for their small purchase customers. The front end staff came out to be rude to me, not directly, but I could hear her talk something which wasn't respectful. Not a good experience at all.

All seemed to be going okay but then when I asked for custom specification, a transom, I was told they would check with their door supplier. No one responded to me after multiple followup on my part. Eventually I drove to their office in Surrey and started the whole process all over again with a new sales agent in September. Only now here we are 3 weeks+ and no one from their office has confirmed if they can make my door to order. I have had enough and will not be using Active Doors for my door supplier. Thanks for nothing.
