He walked with me after he inspected my condo, and showed me the issues in it.
He requested me to forward him the depreciation report for the building, and explained me the importance of this report.
Furthermore, after delivering his full report, he contacted me to answer all my questions.
Strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greg from GRF Home inspection went above and beyond for my home inspection in every single aspect. He came out on such short notice of a phone call as I needed someone within 48 hrs, he rearranged his schedule and drove over an hour commute to get to the home I needed inspected and spent hours throughly going through the whole house, using ladders to go onto the roof and be so thorough with the exterior and interior of the house never overlooking anything.
Greg had the home report done overnight and it was the most thorough savvy report, he included photos for every single section and detailed and categorized all concerns so neatly for me to understand it all. The organization and presentation of the report was outstanding.
Greg took so much care and inspected the home as if it was his own and his patience with all my follow up questions, phone calls, texts after the fact was so helpful.
Greg works for the best interest of his clients, as I had to make some hard choices with the home, he helped guide me in the right direction never sugar coating anything for much needed assurance and knowledge before making the biggest investment of my life. His honest integrity and hard care for making sure nothing was overlooked or left unsaid went beyond appreciated for the hard decision.
