★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an electrician with over 20 years experience I am familiar with home construction and specifications but there is still a variety of issues that I am not so well briefed, so it was great to have Phill come and share his expertise, guide us through and give us a full and comprehensive home inspection, it would have been so much more difficult without him and I can’t appreciate enough, his attention to detail and integrity.
