What was really amazing is that in only 1 hour she was able to get me to the heart of the problem that I have been struggling with for more than year. She gave me some very practical, easy exercises and ideas that I can use to work on those stumbling blocks. These weren't general ideas and exercises. These were tailored to me, to my personality and my situation. Shannon provides insight, she is truly gifted at seeing the heart of a problem.
