★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite trail of all time. Pretty easy to hike. Nice campsites. and a great find at the end. Definitely recommend as one of the top ten hikes you need to do before you die.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High bear activity in the area and a couple are aggressive. On this particular outing none were seen. Air horns were not effective so bear spray might be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 20 km walk through boreal forest to reach the cabin. Stunning destination! We rode bikes, easy trail but lots of roots made it a bumpy ride. Rigid fatty wasn't any worse than full squish 29er, we all had sore necks after. Expect the trip to take about 2 h without breaks. Some 20 downed trees to deal with, not a problem but some sharp branches. Boardwalks over waterways. Portion of route on sandy beaches. Simply beautiful and diverse, well worth it.
