The clinic has taken great care of my family and me for many years! The physicians are caring and diligent. Great that there is now an online system to convey some results of tests and my physician's comments! The current support staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The staff is pathetic. It's like dealing with 4 year olds, worst place to try and get any sort of healthcare. You're better off at a run down clinic

I like my doctor - but the clinic is impossible to get ahold of - often 10 to 15 minutes on hold - and I just tried booking an appointment and they're booking 4 to 5 weeks away for in person appointments. In this day and age, that's just too long.

Utterly disappointing! It's impossible to get hold of the doctor's office. when I did, it was another 6 weeks of waiting for a 15 min call with my doctor. There are other practitioners to speak to, which defeats the purpose having multiple doctors at one location? The alternatives are telehealth and community walk-in clinics, which is to take resources reserved for those in needs. @GFMC, here are some ideas for improvements: consider hire more receptionists, upgrade your phone system, opt for new IT infrastructure so patients can reach you online or by email, install a voice mail! Update: since my last review four months ago, the clinic had completely shut down. if you call, you get three options: business hours, refill a prescription, and cancel an appointment. for any options you choose, you get instructions and a promise that they won't call you back. you can walk in to book an appointment?!?! Can't imagine how challenging this would be for people who are terribly ill and have mobility problems.

My partner had an appointment at 10:15 am and was finally brought in the room at 11:15, only to still have to wait. I completely understand at the end of the day or whenever that things get delayed and occasionally you can’t stay on schedule. However, if you open at 9am how can you be already running an hour late by 10:15? Apparently a significant wait happens with every appointment and has for years. I’m sure the doctors and receptionists and staff are trying their best and likely there are some things they can’t control. Perhaps a 30 minute wait is reasonable, but more than an hour? It feels pretty disrespectful of people’s time and weird that you wouldn’t have even sorted it out by now if it’s happened for years. I’m sure solutions are out there. Spread out appointments? Keep a rigorous schedule? Text system to tell people it’s delayed? I saw the receptionist tell a elderly woman and a woman with a small child the wait times who were equally discouraged. It’s fine for us in our 20s to hangout for more than an hour, but a toddler? Plus the chairs are not comfy enough for an hour long wait haha! Furthermore, my partner was dialling the office on three different phones phones to make sure he got an appointment. Is there not a perhaps better system than a patient feeling desperate and having to get creative to secure an appointment? A little creativity and problem solving could go a long way in improving the experience of patients! Thanks for reading this

My daughter's doctor is fantastic but to make an appointment or speak to anyone at the office is a nightmare. Be prepared for long wait times on hold or not being able to get through at all for long periods of time. 3.25 hours on hold so far over the past 2 days in order to get one question answered & today they are closed...it is 1pm on a Wednesday.

I have been coming here since I was born (2000). In the last two years, it is impossible to get ahold of the office as the line is always busy, and front desk aren't accommodating to needs. The phone line cuts out and hangs up on you, leaving you to wait again on hold. I have not had a check-up appointment in three years as it is deemed, "unnecessary". Phone appointments are always late and last only a couple of minutes, to which I have to reschedule another appointment afterwards!

We have been patients of Dr. Fellegi at the Greenboro Family Medicine Centre for approximately eight years now, and we could not be happier with the clinic’s services. The ability to get same day or weekend appointments, and to see a doctor so promptly has been incredible. All of the staff are kind, thoughtful, and compassionate, from the reception area to all of the doctors on staff. While we have seen many criticisms of the wait times, it is important to remember that the current COVID-19 context has placed additional strain on all health care providers. Thank you for all that you do for your patients, Greenboro Family Medicine Centre. You are amazing, and we feel so lucky to be your patients!
