★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, well stocked, nicely organized, and clean. I was helped by an associate named Stefanie and she was great. She explained the differences between the various models, identified my needs and made suggestions accordingly. Wasn't pushy at all - had good conversation and was genuinely nice. Put up a quote together with no sales tactics. Will be going back there again to get all my Stihl stuff.

I was recommended to Mark Zeehuisen at Green Tractors through a friend and he did not disappoint. He was attentive to my calls and numerous questions. He gave me advice where he felt I needed it and ultimately I felt comfortable in dealing with him. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Green Tractors. Thanks for your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if I can appreciate the reviews this JD location has received here.
I've called this location twice in the last 3 weeks with a service question for my lawn tractor and have never been called back.
First time I spoke to a salesperson on a Saturday and was told that someone will call me right back after he gets off the phone with a customer. Never happened.
This week I spoke with someone and they told me that the service department is in a meeting leave them a message and they'll get back to you. Never happened.
In times like this I would expect that customer service would be at its highest priority. Which it should be no matter what. But during Covid I would have expected more. As most business especially local are doing their best to service customers further and retain their local customers from the area.
I hope management will review this and make the necessary adjustments to better their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and experience working them to order my Zero Turn lawn tractor. The pick up and delivery was excellent , friendly and great company with several folks helping me out to get the zero tun on my trailer to making me feel like I bought from the best and right place.
The Sales Rep Stephanie , was well informed , supportive and great sales person to work with- I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using this location for years only because it's the closest place to get parts to my farm . Seams like every time I order something they say they will call when it's in and when we call after days the guys say it's been there for time. Not sure if our business is not as important but I sure feel like when a part gets ordered you should call the customer right away versus me calling to find out a few minutes before closing to find out the part that I desperately needed is actually there and I now need to rush across town to get it before they close.
when you buy a PTO shaft you almost always have to cut it to fit . I needed to have it cut they said they needed the tractor or they can't do it when we already know what size we need for our tractor . Apparently it would void warranty if it's cut ... huh? it gets cut regardless so I guess no mater what there is no warranty. Then they apparently had no shop time to cut the PTO shaft ( 5-10 minutes ? ) when we ordered the guy said they usually use a band saw and it takes no time at all and to ask at pick up. so in a nut shell they did not call when the part was in , gave us no warranty on an over $400.00 part and refused to cut it . I called multiple other tractor supplies and they all said they would cut it no problem to my size and my warranty would NOT be void. This includes two other green tractors!!This green tractors gave me the run obviously did not want to do the work , if they were truely busy they would have given an option to leave it overnight and pick it up next day cut . I would not waste my time here anymore I will drive for my parts with good customer service.
