★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Crossroads Equipment recently. My dual stage snowblower decided to “quit” on me, and I called up Scott to see if this is something they could help with. Within a day they were here picking up the machine, and I had it back and in service within 48hrs. Would recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a quick turnaround and excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought one of my tractors from Crossroads several years ago. Very happy with the help of picking one out that would work best for me plus attachments. I recently had both tractors serviced here. The John Deere lawn tractor had a carburetor problem that another shop couldn't fix twice. The mechanic at Crossroads has it running like a charm. Anytime I need parts and accessories or service I always go here. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i spent almost $ 1,000 .00 on service and storage for my lawn tractor and they didnt even clean it or top up the gas !!!! when i take in my car for service they wash it at least and that only cost a little over $ 100 .00 ! i will never go back there again !

They've helped me over years with a variety of equipment and with riding mowers. It's great to have them in the neighborhood. I would recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My John Deere tractor made a grinding sound when I started it up. I called Cross Roads and they responded promptly and professionally. Service sent a tech quickly and the sales manager (person who sold me the tractor) phoned me personally . It was picked up and repaired in the same afternoon. I know that John Deere is a reliable and respected name, but, it is fully supported with an amazing staff all the way down the chain.
